We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please follow these guidelines:

Returns: Returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to availability.

Jersey Return Policy: All jerseys are FINAL SALE. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or store credits will be accepted for any jersey purchases. Please carefully review your size, color, and selection before placing your order. By purchasing a jersey, you acknowledge and agree to this final sale policy.

Non-Returnable Items: Some products are non-returnable for health or safety reasons (e.g., consumables, balloons, personalized items, or other designated final-sale products).
